Sam checks every request. TidyCal charges paid requests before approval; if Sam declines one, the full payment is refunded manually through Stripe.

A monthly plan includes four credits for the selected lesson length. Dates are booked separately. Credits reset each month and do not roll over.

Yes, through the booking system up to 72 hours before the lesson. Later changes follow the cancellation and refund policy.

Sam will offer a replacement lesson or a full refund for the affected lesson.

No. Sam provides expert teaching and preparation, but cannot guarantee a grade, scholarship, bursary or university place.

For under-16s, a parent or guardian must book, pay and remain the main contact. Ages 16–17 need guardian details and consent. Adults can book independently.
